Your responsibilities:
  • Professional preparation of the entire restaurant
  • Responsibility for a smooth service and operational process
  • Receiving, greeting and placing guests at the table
  • Support for the daily à la carte business
  • If required, administrative activities such as bookings, cash closing, duty schedule creation and staff planning.
  • Induction of new employees
  • Develop ideas for the further development of the team and the gastronomic concept
Your profile:
  • Completed apprenticeship as a restaurant or hotel specialist
  • First professional experience in a comparable position in the gastronomy
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as a high service orientation
  • Enjoyment of your job and constant interest in contributing your creativity
  • Good manners and a positive charisma
  • Clean, well-groomed and exemplary appearance
  • Very good communication skills and confident appearance
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team, resilience, discretion and loyalty
