During the three-year apprenticeship as a cook, you will learn everything about food and beverage science, both directly at our hotel and at school. While you learn cooking with us from scratch, you can also give free rein to your creativity to prepare great dishes for our guests.
Due to the various events at our hotel, there is always variety, so that you can fully develop your potential.
Since the hotel and gastronomy industry is one of the strongest sectors of the German economy, all doors are open to you after successfully completing your apprenticeship.
